Spring 2026 FastTrack Graduation
On April 11, 2026, Leadership Memphis proudly celebrated the graduation of the FastTrack Spring 2026 cohort at BRIDGES USA — recognizing a dynamic group of emerging and established leaders committed to strengthening Memphis through service, civic engagement, and community leadership.
Over the course of the program, participants explored the systems, stories, challenges, and opportunities shaping our city through immersive sessions focused on local government, philanthropy, community impact, emergency management, poverty, leadership, and collaboration. Through honest dialogue, relationship-building, and shared learning experiences, cohort members deepened both their understanding of Memphis and their commitment to leading positive change within it.
Graduation was a meaningful celebration of growth, connection, and action. Family members, alumni, community leaders, and supporters gathered to honor the accomplishments of the cohort and recognize the impact these leaders will continue making across Memphis and the Mid-South.
The FastTrack program remains one of Leadership Memphis’ most important entry points into civic leadership — empowering participants with the relationships, knowledge, and experiences needed to engage more deeply in their communities and lead with purpose.
