On March 13, 2026, Leadership Memphis proudly welcomed civic, corporate, healthcare, nonprofit, and community leaders from across our city for the 2026 Multicultural Breakfast at the FedEx Event Center at Shelby Farms Park. This year’s theme, “Bridging the Gap: AI and Health Equity,” sparked meaningful conversation around the opportunities and responsibilities we share in shaping a healthier, more equitable future for Memphis.

Presented by Cigna Healthcare, the breakfast convened leaders committed to advancing innovation, access, and collaboration at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and community impact. Through thoughtful dialogue and cross-sector connection, attendees explored how emerging tools like artificial intelligence can be leveraged to reduce disparities, improve outcomes, and strengthen trust within our communities.

The morning was both inspiring and action-oriented — a reflection of what is possible when Memphis leaders come together across industries, experiences, and perspectives to address our city’s most pressing challenges.
