Fall 2025 FastTrack Graduation at Baptist Memorial Hospital East

We were thrilled to celebrate the graduation of our FastTrack Fall 2025 cohort — an incredible group of emerging and mid-career leaders who committed ten weeks to learning, growth, and civic engagement in Memphis. Throughout the program, participants explored the systems shaping our city, built meaningful relationships across sectors, and developed the confidence and tools to lead with purpose. We extend our sincere thanks to Baptist Memorial East for generously sponsoring the program and to Councilwoman Michalyn Easter Thomas for serving as our keynote speaker and inspiring graduates with her leadership journey and commitment to public service.
