The Leadership Memphis Executive Program Class of 2027 came together for its full Executive Program Retreat—an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and focus on connection, reflection and leadership.
Throughout the retreat, EP27 members engaged in meaningful conversations, collaborative activities and shared experiences designed to deepen relationships across the cohort and strengthen their understanding of themselves and one another as leaders.
These moments are an important part of the Executive Program experience. By creating space for influential leaders from across sectors and communities to learn together, Leadership Memphis continues its work to train, connect and mobilize leaders who are committed to making a difference in Memphis.
