Executive Program 25 Graduation

Today, we proudly celebrate the 64 exceptional graduates of Executive Program 2025—seasoned leaders who have spent the past nine months engaging in one of Memphis’ most impactful civic leadership experiences. Throughout the program, they explored pressing issues including government, neighborhood development, economics, education, health equity, and the arts—building powerful connections with each other and with changemakers across our city. From the 3-2-1 Opening Advance to neighborhood-based Community Action Projects and a commitment of 40 hours of service each, these leaders have demonstrated what it means to lead with purpose and impact. At graduation, we were inspired by a powerful keynote from Greater Memphis Chamber President & CEO Ted Townsend, and deeply moved by reflections on the cohort’s journey. Certificates were presented by Leadership Memphis Board Chair Dr. Shunji Brown Woods, and we are especially grateful to our sponsors whose generosity made this journey possible.
