Community Leadership Development Programs

Every great city has great leadership. The greater the city, the more likely the city is to have strong leadership across all sectors of the community, as well as at all socio-economic levels. Leadership Memphis has introduced additional community leadership learning opportunities that are open to the entire community and that focus on our strategic and programmatic goals:

• Advance diversity and inclusivity
• Increase collaborative and innovative leadership
• Promote civic engagement that makes a difference

We have three programs which are built around these goals - our Executive Program, FastTrack Program, and Grassroots Program.

We also offer numerous alumni and community events throughout the year to reinforce our program goals.
